Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from our website, we invite you to see
our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.
i. Japa Mala: If wrong/damage or broken (within 24 hours when you received wrong/damage items)
ii. Pooja books: If wrong/damage (within 24 hours when you received wrong/damage items)
iii. Temple décor items : If wrong/damage (within 24 hours when you received wrong/damage items)
iv. Sticker: All Types of Sticker (No Returns, Only Exchange within 24 hours when you received
wrong/damage items)
v. Flower: All Types of Flower. (No Returns)
vi. Accessories: Any Kind of accessories or Electronics items (within 2 Days replacement or
exchange)
vii. Brass Item: Murti, Barton, If wrong/damage or broken (within 24 hours when you received
wrong/damage items)
viii. Puja Item : All Type Puja & Havan Samagri item listed in website puja item & Havan Samagri item
section (No Returns)

Returns Pick-Up and Processing
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
i. Correct Product: – Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match
and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
ii. Complete Product: – All in-the-box accessories
iii. Unused Product: – The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and
with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags
iv. Undamaged Product: – The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents,
tears or holes.
v. Undamaged Packaging: – Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
vi. Courier person will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
In certain cases where the Mypoojasamagri.com (Formally Maa Havan & Pujan Samagri Gallery) is
unable to process a replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund process will be initiated once the returned
product has been received by maagift.com.
